MY GIFT

January 2004 in Singapore. I was in Bedok Commercial School of Singapore, doing some reviews and preparing for the exam. My sister who happened to be in Singapore with her hubby that time was calling me on my phone, to meet her at the MRT station in Bedok and going to Dobyghaut to meet her friend and have lunch. That time, i wasn't really interested to go out with my sister because i am preparing for my exam and kinda difficult to study abroad but exciting and challenging,but my sister kept on calling me and forcing me to go with her. So finally i was convinced,we met in the MRT station with my frown faced:(sigh! so while on the mrt,the person we'll meet was already in Dobyghaut inside the HMV(House of Music Videos) he waited us for about 2 hours,and he was starving. When we reached the placed,inside the HMV i haven't met this guy yet,but what amazed me the most is that he remind me of my friend Jeffrey Dagatan a friend of mine who passed away after a few days of visiting our small Barrio. Coincidenced? I pointed my finger to him i don't know what's on my mind why i did that,i was just guessing that he was the guy which were going to meet :). My sister was wondering and asked me you two know each other? I answered her back definitely nope!with a smile on my face:)

We ate in KFC somewhere in Dobyghaut,while getting our orders, this guy was simply observing me hmmmm my gestures,the way i talked and the way i eat i guess( grrrr..) he was staring at my lovely brown skin. Then the conversation started, he asked me if it's ok that he could have my phone number and i say sure..while eating and talking,i didn't noticed that this guy was interested in me. After eating our delectable lunched, the three of us went to movie house near the HMV building that time. I can't remember the title of the movie we watched but the star of that movie was Jessica Alba, pretty,sexy and beautiful like me..(hahahaha) ..After the movie,this man was asking permission to my dearest sister if it's ok that he could visit me at my place near in Heartland Mall..I was deaf and not so interested to entertain suitors that time due to a lot of reasons.

As month goes by the communication was constant for him, for me not that much..I don't know i just don't feel like getting into serious commitments or relationships. My girlfriend teases me, the more you ignore the person the more he will be challenge to get into you..hmmm sounds nothing to me,i felt numbed that time. If he was with me,i just enjoy the company..that's all nothing more and nothing less..


Until he invited me and approached me that he's willing to introduced me to his parents...i was nervous and speechless i answered him back big NO! haaahhaha sounds serious but true..We were dating every now and then,he fetched me up from school and work..

Until the time came,that the feeling was developed and yeah we decided to get married. This guy is my husband. Lovely! :)
